Want to number close (Confident I can no problem) by asking if she wants to see a movie this weekend, all my friends suck and cant go. Would it be weird for a first date to go to a movie just the two of us, especially as I wouldnt specify it as a "date".
I would be telling her it would just be the two of us, how should I handle the situation.

Or advice on whether your idea for a number close is a good one?
I think seeing a movie is less than ideal personally, no chance to have social interaction while it's on.
