Heard from a friend of mine that when people chew ice or destroy their styrofoam/plastic cups after use are signs of sexual frustration.

What are the SF signs, especially in women?

Would be a great tool to know if you could learn them

If a woman you're interested in is sexually frustrated because she suffers from blue balls...you might wana just come out of the closet

I've heard the same thing about peeling the labels off beer bottles or tearing up drinks coasters.

I was talking about it with friends recently; we agreed that we fidget and fiddle with stuff just as much when we're single as when we've been in relationships and having sex regularly.

So I think it's just an urban myth / bar banter.

…Though of course, myth or not, noticing a girl doing anything like this, pointing it out or teasing her about it seems like a potentially good way of sexualising conversation.

There's a science to this as well as anecdotal experience from actual field tests. Here are some:
  • 1. A woman who is not having vaginal orgasms will walk slower, with smaller strides and lesser energy. It's not something learned like a catwalk model's glide but it has something to do with the woman's pelvis when properly stimulated through vaginal orgasms. It's a definite kind of walk, hard to explain in writing, but when you've seen a woman walk before and after a vaginal orgasm or multiple vaginal orgasms, you'll know what I mean.

    2. A woman that you know is in a relationship but gazes far with a sad look on her face. Women who are having consistent vaginal orgasms have happier dispositions and that unmistakable twinkle in their eyes.

    3. A woman who does repeated triangular gazing to your crotch and swallows her saliva down her throat after looking. When you invade her personal space, her face or ears redden.

    4. A woman who gets drunk usually before sex.
Those are some of the basic field tested signs with scientific basis.

Fiddling with things like ripping labels off of bottles, destroyed cups and tearing up coasters aren't signs of SF, they are signs of anxiety. Probably they are anxious/nervous about the situation they are in. Fact.

Any body language expert will tell you fiddling and fidgeting is a sign of anxiety.
