First off I would say move on, these types of girls are generally worthless to actually game; but because we are here to learn and understand more I'll still give you some tips if you're heart-set on this girl (meaning this is more of a 'just to understand what to do around these women' response)
Lotta work - but you can open her with "you look like how i feel", this works better with "i don't care/f the world" types of people, they love hearing about themselves and it instantly starts a connection between the two of you, also peaking her curiosity because she's probably insecure about her looks and wonders "wait, what do i look like to him", she'll start seeking your approval right away.

Next is, DON'T try to game her; she is used to the normal routines every guys tried on her; she's been neg'd 1000x before, she's been a victim of direct and indirect game, YOU ARE NOT NEW TO HER - this isn't to put you down tho, i'm sure you're a great PUA*

and the last step I can be specific at all about, is have fun with her and her crew - let the attraction build over a party where you all get drunk and a bit more open, get approval )make friends) from as many of her guy friends as you can (so they don't get in your way, otherwise you'd just ignore those 'noobs' lol)

The rest is up to you; #close, Kclose, Fclose ect - this area get's pretty specific with hb10's



Remember though, this is generally a lot of work and usually not worth your time
