I try work out a lot but it will take a long time before I see any huge change.
Should I aim for my level hb 3-5. I find the horribly ugly and unattractive and often times rude but the rest are according to society out of my league. I really want to approach this hb10 in school but she is according to society "out of my league"?
im unsure where i stand.
some people think of my as nerdy guy and make fun of me for being weak and so skinny and sometiems i feel others, esp. some girls think im actually fairly average and good looking but i may just be tricking myself into thinking it?

Dude, first of all, punch yourself in the face, my fist wont reach through the screen!

YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT!

Screw society, ugly chicks are harder to pull than attractive ones, and screw the numbering system, your 10 may be my 7, my 10 might be your 5, a woman is a woman and if she only looks good in the dark, you might want to pass!

It's all into your head, when you put this doubt you have in your head your game is getting all messed up, you need to find confidence in yourself, and to become more secure with who you are. Be yourself, own being you, you are one of a kind! Def don't be afraid to talk to this chick, she is just another human being, don't put the pussy on a pedestal!

To women, looks are nothing, I have seen guys with no legs and guys that come in around 500# pull VERY VERY attractive chicks! To women, confidence, personality, ect really make the difference. I often tell myself that I am talking to blind chicks, just to make it that much more apparent in my whole game. Point is, just work on yourself, and no matter how you look you will be fine, the fact that you are working on yourself is a DHV!

There is NO reason why you should not be "able" to attract what you call HB 7, 8, or 9s, 10's don't really exist. I think this video, and the videos on these guys website will help you out:

Site is down right now, but check out their seasons!

Your limiting beliefs will hold you down to anywhere you go in your life. One thing that you should always keep in mind, that women are not attracted to a man's looks or appearance. They are attracted to his masculinity, confidence, and assertiveness. These three or more elements when combined together will help you succeed with any woman in your life. You do not have to settle with HB3 or HB4. Personally, I don't rate girls, I think of myself as HM10, although to some girls I might not be as attractive looking as other football players or male models. If you believe that you are the best looking guy and hone your PUA skills to get women, your looks won't matter much.

Looks are important on these basic things:

Good clothes, wardrobe
Hygiene / Cleanliness
Style (sense of fashion)

Now, you do not have to spend 100 dollars to upgrade your looks, just enough so that you can look put, simple and concise and masculine. Next, Style, Neil Strauss, wrote in his book, that he is also skinny like you, and he used to have problems with that, which used to be his insecurities. Same goes for you. If you are skinny, I would say, try building up some muscles over time, so that you look fit, but muscles will get you nowhere next to women. Why? What would a woman do with your muscles, when you don't have any game?

Next, you mentioned that "out of your league" based on your looks. Women are turned on by a man's internal masculintiy and energy rather than his looks. For insance, all those guys Style, Mystery, Lovedrop, and Matador, are not good looking at all, have you noticed that? Compare them to some handsome actors and male models, but the PUA men get more women than other hot looking dudes, with no games. Why? It goes back to what I mentioned before. Personality counts more than looks. The truth is there are many attractive woman are actually with average looking or less than average looking guys.

More example, I go to a college, where I met two good looking women. If you see their facebook profile, you will ask yourself, what on earth is this woman doing with this unattactive guy? Clearly, these guys are not in shape, they are chubby, a little fat, not obese, and they are not close to being attractive as other hollywood male models? So, the question, arises is that why are these two women with them? Again, they are both turned on by the men's personality rather than the looks. We men have a tremendous advantage over women. While attraction from our side relies on a female's look, attraction from female side relies on man's personality. Use this knowledge as your best advantage, but if still keep yourself fit, hydrated, clean and put together.

With that in mind, if you want to go for HB5, go for it, and build your way up to HB10. Start slowly and progress smoothly. As we all know, slow and steady wins the race.

Not to say looks don't matter, but my friend looks are hardly anything. Yes...looks add value to a person. Good looks DO not hurt they give you value.

If you look like a model ...which in my opinion is so SUBJECTIVE...I mean look at some models that are models...do they actually LOOK like models? Technically Ashton Kutcher has such a huge alien-like forehead, but he is seen as a "Sexy male"

Colin Farrell has a unibrow of sorts, but he is one of the sexiest men alive. In any case...looks are subjective to the girl but yes GOOD looks HELP. They are not detrimental. To say "should I aim for HB 5s" you are seriously underestimating yourself...

Look man...unless you are 300 lbs and obese (which stereotypes a lot of characteristics about lack of self control...usually worse long-term life survival etc)...then looks DO NOT matter. BUT looks help. So keep in shape at least to live long.

There's no such thing as 'can't build muscle' unless you have some horrid disease.

Have you tried? Building muscle is 60% eating a lot and healthy and 40% lifting.

Dude I didn't even read your post, only your title, but no, you should NOT aim for hb5's. Whilst I hate putting numbers on girls, aim for the ones that you find pretty man. What girl would you want to be with? That easy ugly girl? Or the harder to get, but pretty one?

This can be learnt, I did. I'm not done learning. I'm only on the first few steps, but dude, going from being a 19 year old virgin to getting 4 girls in the past 5-6 months, each pretty, this shit is real.

I don´t know if I´m the right person to give you advices because I´m still an amateur, but I know how you feel, well I think you should be young right? how old are you dude? but when I was about 15,16 I was considered the ugliest guy in my classroom and it really affected my self-steem, but I also heard that the girls at this age, from 12 to 17 are very "shallow" they just think about having a beautiful boy, to go out there parading, pretending it´s a catwalk, I also had problem with physique so I started working out hard and I could put on 18 kg(I don´t know how to convert to pounds) and I changed a lot, now at least I can notice some looks from some girls, a tip for you, you should not feel disappointed because you are not seeing the results in your training, they will appear as soon as possible, in the begining it really takes time, but you should keep this anger as a motivation, each weight you lift you should feel that your goal is close to be complete, and believe me, when you get strong all those girls who used to make fun of you, will be totally into you, and then you tell them "I´m out of your league, so you better give up" I´m not fan of revanges but this one is really sweet.

I hope I helped you mate, good luck!

My school teacher always said to me:

"If you aim for a C and have a bad day you could end up with a D. Aim for an A and if you have a bad day you can walk out with a B."

His point was, aim as high as possible and if you fall short of what you want, you still haven't done bad.

If you're skinny, you need to dress in a way that accentuates your leanness. You can still convey a sexuality and look good.

If you're thin I would say go for a more metrosexual and slightly outlandish way of dressing. Because wearing stuff that would look good on a muscular and athletic person can easily make you look like a cyber nerd in ill fitting clothing and it will make you look unhealthier and even skinnier.

You might hate the idea, but I am lean and I wear tight jeans, v-neck t-shirts and accessorize with necklaces, rings and even scarves. It's all about the self confidence to not give a shit about other people judging you on your clothes. Don't go for an ill fitting polo top and baggy jeans.

In the UK there is a comedian called Noel Fielding, he's quite skinny and not even slightly athletic and yet there are thousands of women who are practically OBSESSED with him. But take away his fame and his dress sense is going to have him catching every eye in any given room.

Do you have example roles of metrosexual? Noel is someone I would definitely not dress like.

Quick Google suggests people like David Beckham and Joey Essex have a metrosexual dress style. What do you think?

The definition of metrosexual is a straight guy who takes care of his appearance and is stylish, so surely that means wear what's stylish?

Well yes it does mean that, but I would recommend going for things that compliment your physique.

Noel Fielding is obviously an absurdly flamboyant example, but then you shouldn't emulate people. Wear what's comfortable and also accentuates the positive aspects of your body.

Personally I really like dressing in a slightly ostentatious manner and I think people like Russell Brand, Noel Fielding and Serge Pizzorno are ridiculously cool and well dressed, so perhaps and I am the wrong person to be asking haha

Hey man.

Dont worry. Its all about the confidence in yourself and what youre doing. A guy thats a 10 in my eyes is almost always a 1 or 2 in other girls eyes. I like the nerdy but they never approach me, probably because they think that its not gonna happen. But it is.

Believe in yourself. There are girls out there waiting for you to give it a try.

Man the fuck up.

You're not gaining muscle mass because you're not hitting the gym properly, or not eating properly, thats the only explanation. What do you do at the gym? If you do strength trainging and buy a protien powder, you'll definitely put on muscle.

I can share with you my 2 routines (chest and arms one day, back and shoulders another, so you need to hit the gym at least twice a week) if you want. They worked for me and my friends...
