What does this mean?

A couple of my mates told me the other day.

The same old saying in PUA community. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. If PUA methods are applied correctly, there is a 100% chance of getting laid, but if you are not approaching and applying these techniques correctly, then you will get no close to getting her number, let alone FC.

The PUA methods gets easier and better with practice. You must approach and open, no matter what. So, what a woman says no, its a fucking no. She will not slap you in your face, or stab you, or throw hot lava at you. She will probably ignore you. That's ok. Move on to the next set.

Like Mystery said, "If you can't get a set, there is something wrong your methods, because, I go there and I get every set."

Well, I'm not old enough for clubs yet(got one year left). I just wanted to know what exactly that statement meant.

Its ok, you don't have to go to clubs. I don't expect to pickup in clubs either, and I am old enough to drink. But, the easiest game is outside the Daygame, and the natural pickup takes place outside of the bars and club, believe me. The defense shield is much much lower during the day rather than at night. So, go out there, approach, and open. Where, try in class, this is where I am trying now primarily, but I am also doing it in coffee shops and malls.
