| Bundy, Welcome (back).
My suggestion - read as much as you can, watch as much as you can, learn as much as you can - BUT - the most important is to sarge everyday. Open 10 sets a day - minimum.
The more practice you use, the more you'll identify the methods that work for you. The more you practice them, the more they'll become natural parts of your daily routine.
There's no easy way. I'm 45. Had been out of sarging for many years (marriage), and since the divorce I've immersed myself back into the game - but harder than ever. I've re-read all my literature, purchased new literature, and I spend a great deal of time reveiwing my material, but I also have come to the point all of this has clicked.
I don't NEED scripts. I dont need a wingman, I don't need anything but the abilities I've been preparing myself to learn for years. The ONLY way here is practice.
Now - I don't get 'approach anxiety' - I don't give a fuck. If she says no, her friend will say yes.
Make it natural, and when it becomes that natural - YOU'LL also be a natural. But there's NO quick way there other than read, practice repeat.
