You are on the right track. Do not change yourself. Many PUAs get very interested in one girl and that kills their game. Right now, if you are losing interest in one particular girl, your game is good, just need to make a good solid plan to meet women now. You are less prone to oneitis, which many PUA or new PUAs are prone to. Do not get yourself to change so that you should stick with one girl. If you lose interest, move on. We have the same problem. The only fix I have right now is to up the ante. Something like, I demand the girl to spend on the date. I demand that she cleans my apartment, and other related compliance command issues.
