1. Sensation. Desensitizing your penis is key. You can train your penis or you can perform a variety of sexual techniques to delay your orgasm. While Kinsey recommends the squeeze technique which includes squeezing your dick or hurting your balls, I won't recommend it. I've tried this personally. It won't work if the pussy is too tight and too motherfucking pleasurable. It's an uphill battle when you're in that situation. I recommend the Kline-Graber technique of practicing delay tactics during masturbation. As I have approached middle age I find I have less stamina than I used to. But I have never actually found it to be a problem. As per earlier reply, use your fingers, your tongue, hell, use other bits of your body if you like. So long as you're both enjoying the experience it's all good.

And if you do blow it early, or you have to pause to keep going, make a positive out of it - tell her she's so amazing you can barely keep control.

#2) by STAMINA you mean just do cardio vascular exercises? and finally #3) how am i supposed to know i have the correct LEVERAGE?

1. Yes. If you can do 20 consecutive frustrated/failed ejaculations a day for 2 straight weeks, then that's just about right.

3. If you want the woman to achieve clitoral orgasm through your penis, you'll have to position your body so that a greater surface area of your penis hits the clitoris more than the vaginal opening.
