Hello my name is Raschid Miri i am a 20 years old guy and i have big problems with talking to girls in gerneral i do not have the couruage to go to a girl and say more then hi i can say hi but then i do not know to how continue the conversezion i did go alot of to night clubs in the last 6 month i was going out everynight 90 % of that time i was alone because my friends are bussy with playinh video games on the computer like call of duty or leage of legends i played alot in my life i do not have interest in playing anymore i dont think im a really bad lucking guy but i have a extrem phoabia i think im the same guy typ like the guy called spoon on the mystery show season one i just cant aproach even i get alot of drinks i dont have the confidence to go a girl and say something like hei you look cute or something like that im watching the mystery show all time even if i know anything and i know all lines that they saying i just cant do it specialy if i am alone im trying to have a fake smilie when im walking arround the club i give my best but i just suck badly i feel really embarsed when i see my old friends of same age with hot girls we were together in the preschool and now they developed and im still a loser i give anything to get a girlfriend im not a virgin i had a girlfriend before we were 4 years together we even married i meetet her on the internet but after she left all my confidence droped down should i give up? or should i keep going to night club is there any advice u guys can give me? i would really love to have a mentor that can teach me somestuff im completly noob in this stuff know some openers in my head but i just cannot use because i am really shy =( i dont think if i should give up or not

Don't give up. Seriously don't. This game is difficult, but you're your own worse enemy. I know this cos I've been there. I'm also shy. Giving up won't make you happy, it will make you depressed and bitter, you have to try man, try your best, just think about succeeding, being able to kissclose beautiful woman, it all starts today man, it all starts by you approaching, feeling nervous, sweating, being rejected, feeling like giving up, but you joining this community shows that you wanna change, so continue, believe in yourself man. You can do it, with one approach at a time. Yeah your emotions get in the way, they make you feel like not doing it, but ignore the emotions, they're preventing from your goal. You can do it, we all believe you can.... this what I did to improve;

1. Set a goal of approaches:
I started with opening 3 sets per night. Its scary as hell but don't think abt how hard it is, think about reaching your goal, think abt the satisfaction of doing it, even if you crash n burn it doesn't matter. USE YOUR OPENER!!!

2. Believe in yourself:
Read self help books like "being confident, influence" and my personal favorite, watch videos on youtube by tyler durden (owen cook) the guy will change your life
Get the red book called the rules of the game by neil strauss aka neil strauss that book is also very good


3. Well broom
Dress like you're going to a wedding, you want girls to like you? Well dress like it. Shave, smile, smell good and get a haircut. Have the walk too!! Don't let your emotions talk you into not doing it!

4. Music

Listen to music that pumps you up and gets you in a good mood its gonna make you feel like you're the shit.





Those are the things I did to start up, I know you're going to improve so you must increase your approach intake. Also try an approach galore where you go out and use your opener and try approach as many people as you can (male, female, dog, cat haha.) Then once you're comfortable with approaching move to A2 which is DHV,IVD, Storytelling and negging. I suggest you get the rules of the game by neil strauss and mystery method by mystery


I know you'll improve we all do, don't give up. You're still young and giving up won't make your problems go away, facing them will

i feel the same way you do, but giving up is gonna make you feel worst because you already know that you can go out and get laid if you keep going. use NLP to get rid of that negative attitude.. use neil strauss the stylelife challenge.. that book would help you build inner game and become more sociable..
also dont try to focus too much on the girls when you go to clubs that fucks you up more because your mind becomes aware and therefore holds you back.
make friends that also support you and encourage you to develop your game, because the friends you seem to have seem to be holding you back..

don't give up my man.. soon it will pay off.
