I had been reading some PUA materials, but there is one guy David Deangelo, who to me seems to have some solid material. I don't know if that's true. Which one should I go with? David has a good reputation. Is his material applicable to PUA or just dating?

Try it out in field. See what works for you. Personally, I have read and I am still reading different material, but I take bits that are valuable to me. I make my own method.

I have been listening to Deangelo religiously for the past few weeks. I just got his ebook attraction is not a choice. He gave me alot of realisations. I definitely plan on using his stuff when I start going into the field. So I would definetly recommend David D's material or at least listen to some of it.

All PUA materials have pros and cons.

I started out with David DeAngelo. I got blown off with cocky and funny stuff by around (this is a rough estimate) 50% of the time. But when I got the hang of it, I can make any woman giggle or laugh 100% of the time. The key is instead of being "funny" which is really relative as some people don't find certain jokes funny, you should be playful. Another sticking point with DeAngelo is how to proceed from Point A to Point B. He has no structure so you basically don't know where you are in the sarging process. F-closing girls is never a sure thing with DeAngelo. It's just like waiting for apples to fall off from the tree instead of proactively taking them from the branches.

This is where Mystery has the advantage. He gives you a structure so you know where you are. Unfortunately, my sticking point in the Mystery Method is in step A2 or Neg Theory. I cannot even isolate by following this method for several months.

Then I came across Bobby Rio. The guy made things very simple to understand and emphasized rapport building. I came to learn wide rapport from him and polished this to my own context. I finally succeeded in moving girls forward to isolation because of this. I still had sticking points here though so I bought and tried other PUA stuff as well.

Some are worthwhile reads while some are simply a waste of time and money. But I guess that's part of the learning curve; you get to separate the bullshit from the gems.

Great post Hound.

No one strategy should fit someone to perfection.

The game is morphing. The women are changing all the time - we change as well or we fall to the side.

I take the "aha" or the "wow" moments I get from people, then find myself gravitating to their words more often down the road. It's different strokes.
