If you mean immediately after you finish fucking her, obviously that will be a massive release of sexual tension giving way to sexual satisfaction for you both (if you did her right!).

If you mean does it somehow decrease the likelihood of you two getting it on in the future, definitely not! If you do a good job why wouldn't she want more?

Once you bang her(and hopefully well), the tension will always be there until you have sex the next time. I once told this girl, the next round will be even more fulfilling.
