There's this cool girl I met recently, like a solid 8/8.5, very cute, slightly exotic.

Get crazy IOIs when I'm with her, she initiates texting me, posts things to my Facebook wall here and there, discusses sex fairly openly.

But her thing is she says she never ever has feelings for guys, ever! Says it's only happened once for her...always says she feels like almost robotic when it comes to the emotional side of things.

i've never encountered it but to me that sounds like a test. Play with it a little, say that your feelings are natural and you don't have to force them but you'd love to find out why she can't feel anything. I mean most gals say they feel something instantly and that they just know when someone's right but maybe she is a lesbo or something... there are loads of reasons to why she could be feeling that way. It wouldn't hurt to chat about that.
