a nice easy technique i like to use when im warming up and cant think of shit to say is just do a mini-cold read.. girls jump on that shit.
for example: 'you look feisty..' bla bla and then can take it further eg :'you seem smart.. i bet you are a scientist!'
sparks conversation dead easily and can lead to loads of different places
(also the cold read can be completely innacurate, it doesnt really matter.)

remember that you should make statements and not ask her thousands of questions,
In best case you make assumptions about her because that way if you're right you build more comfort and if you're wrong she is going to feel obligated to correct you, so either way its a win-win.
