Today, whilst at work. On my way out i pointed out to a HB9.5 'You've got stuff on your face'. To which she replied was a spot. She crossed her legs, leaned in and pulled a 'give me a kiss expression' however, as soon as the boss (female) came in, she quickly removed the expression as she is dating her son. To which i know it won't last as she's with him for the sake of it. And she's a little insecure. However, as far as i can see, it's very much on between us. What, if anything would you encourage to 'do next'? If you like. She's there for the taking.

i've always found that whenever work colleagues get in an environment and let things run naturally it seems to speed up the process... just stay cool and maybe organize a night out. You'll have an answer at the end of the night out and if she isn't what you thought you can always go off and sarge... its no biggy.

What you need to do is take her outside and away from that work enviroment, for example go out with her to grab something to eat during your lunch break and see how things get. You also haven't mentioned if you had been speaking to her outside work or whether or not you been texting her. These information are vital because if that's the only IOI you got then that means nothing!
