hmm mysterys says its verry impormant that if the girl is verry hot hb10 like ur saying u have to open with a neg thats what he says and i think he knows what he talk about xd

Find something that you can ask her opinion on. Hey you seem like a girl that would know the answer to this...or have an opinion on this....Starter ideas are on another thread, just saying the whole negative approach may be a little less effective. In MY OWN opinion

Depends of situation. You have a lot of ways to aproach her, but first test if she is a bit open for aproach.
I dont get you guys who hunt only 10s and have only one 10 to go for....

same way I would approach just about every other girl in the club, first just walk around and meet people and have conversations, open with what ever you want to break the ice (if you have a favourite opener, this is the time to use it), then just return to the girls that were receptive or that you were really interested in after making a round about the club meeting people, and build compliance

if you find girls are re-approaching you, consider this a big ioi, escalate
