He probably cares about you, but he is coming from an awful angle. He is insecure if he was determined to do all that to put you down. I personally do yoga and I am pretty sure those that practiced are not advised to say such shit. Avoid this fuck, you just work on never letting someone rattle your self confidence ever again.
