Remember if you just go to the gym and lift weights you will struggle to gain muscle. You have to eat like a horse as well.

You can keep a log of your calories to see what you're consuming then up it. I do it and it gives me a kick up the arse when I see I haven't eaten enough.

I use tracker.dailyburn.com

Definitely put on some muscle like the others said. However - this will probably come in its own time as you're, well... 16.

Here's a tip that really worked for when I first started getting into PU - you have at least ONE girl that has thoroughly friend-zoned you, right? Have her dress you.

I'm serious. Now I'm not talking about letting her completely change your sense of style, but take her shopping with you and be WILLING to try on the things that she says look good on you. I did this and found myself with a whole new wardrobe, wearing a style I never thought I'd be caught dead in. And you know what? Worked great. Let's face it... men aren't always the best dressers when left on their own.

It worked for me, anyway... just be careful about who does the shopping trip with you.

You might have gotten lucky and it worked for you but generally speaking ignore girls. They haven't got a clue about what they want in a guy. They'll tell you to act like a nice guy and dress you up like one because that's what they think they want. But generally they want something completely different.

Also don't be so sure about gaining muscle, I was this guys size at 16 and I'm now 19 and even skinnier than I was at 16. Operation bulk up is under way, I advise this guy to do the same.

Women actually arnt to bad at helping guys dress better tho as long as their not related to you and will help you dress sexier instead of dressing safe.

A better bet is to take a stylish gay guy along with you.

Last time I'm saying this, if you're trying to get more muscular in the most effiicient manner possible you want this book

http://www.amazon.com/Serious-Strength- ... 0736042660

I've been bodybuilding for 15+ years (all natural) although I look far from natural lol

This book is what most competitive bodybuilders I know use as their bible of sorts. Everything in its backed by empirical evidence, and I can tell you from experience it works as i am at the advanced level and not much at this point helps me grow. Employing several of the concepts in this book helped me break through my plateau.

Is it suitable for beginners or more intermediate weight lifters whose body is used to it all?

All levels, in fact it has sample programs for beginners and the way to pro/competition bodybuilders.

A google preview can be found here http://books.google.ca/books?id=3HNkMkJ ... ng&f=false

dude you aint' bad looking but you can do better easily
firstly fix that posture of yours... like your first picture i felt weakness when looking at that...

hair... go with your style but from what i can see its plain at the moment so add a bit of style and sophistacation to it... i would suggest for that length is to spike it then mess it up a bit... the messy spikey look would look mad on you bro. use wax not gel... anything that makes your hair shiny is portrayed as trying too hard.

shirts and dress well your age is still the casual sporty look but try to look smart. your shirts choice for example i would like have a bit more style its too simple at the moment like writings to pictures on the front. Another style that works for you and very well is a nice collared shirt short or long sleeve on the outside of the shirt of your second picture... let it be black with lines for example and slim jeans with sneakers but plain white sneakers will get boring over time so change it around to more styled ones. add a necklace with a nice watch and you set man.

looking smart and neat is important... but most importantly be confident with what you wear... tell yourself you look good... no don't be up yourself be genuine.
