I have come across shy girls who admit they don't allow people to see through them and they dont reveal their emotions or what is upsetting them.

What advice do you guys for these types???

There's a big difference between telling and showing. It's fairly difficult for girls not to show their emotions and fairly easy for them to tell others what they feel.

Sharpen your body language reading skills. Aim for the eye cues and you'll know where to push the right buttons.

When ppl mask their emotions it's generally to prevent themselves from exposing their vulnerabilities to others, for fear of getting hurt.

You can't force somebody into opening up to you, it has to happen organically. You can do this by establishing comfort with the person (e.g., moving slow, avoiding criticism/negative remarks, being encouraging, actively listening etc.).

I guess you could look into EV. The cube should also be effective tbh..

Like was said above - body language is the key here. Women tend to be open books. Think about it -

Can you tell when your girlfriend was mad at you before she even said a word?

Despite human eyes being so small, you can tell when a person is looking straight at you from across a parking lot.

You can tell a person is happy without them saying a word, right?

All of these are basic understandings of body language that all humans are innately born with. Just hone that into a bit sharper of a tool and you should be able to get a basic emotional read on someone. Of course - just because they're happy doesn't mean you know WHY they're happy.
