in the simplist way i can put it: i am scared to go out
when i go out in general, i start breathing heavily, eyes darting everywhere
its really starting to make me depressed, will i be like this my whole life
i think about death alot, and i am scared
is this normal
this girl, real hot, keeps asking me out to pubs and clubs. i just keep turning them down because i just fear going out at night...why? is there any hope?
im 17 and i dont want this to continue throughout my entire life
with that initial fear
i fear boyfriends. thats what turns me away from almost all hot girls. that there may be a guy coming after me because i fucked her.
my life right now is in the shambles..help me please _________________ Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted.

Go out by youreslf for the next week. Just walk around, observe people, smile.
Go into a pub order a drink, BY YOURSELF. Go shopping, BY YOURSELF
U get the idea
Being more sociable and comfortable in social environments is all about becoming acclimated. If you are staying holed up at home naturally you'll feel anxious going out. But if you go out often, and on your own and see that nothing terrible had happen (quite the contrary usually), your social anxieties will become a thing of the past.

There isn't some magic trick you can do to make things better overnight. When that girl asks you to go out, just suck it up and go out. Get a few drinks; despite what some people say, using alcohol as a crutch is perfectly fine when you're first starting out. Eventually things will come naturally.
