Wow this is insane, i actually think i found the source of one of the problems in my life, which is what i should be doing with it. I dont feel rewarded for painting, writing, playing music because i always ask mself whats the point? I know practice makes perfect but i dont feel rewarded or accomplished for the small but necessary steps because my brains reward system is completely unaware of these tiny achievements.
