I have been looking around and there hasn't been too much info anywhere on managing you girlfriends behaviour in an alpha relationship. If anyone knows any books or sites lemme know.

But I message you know to clarify whats acceptable and whats unacceptable in terms of dealing with bitchy behaviour from your GF.

The other night I was on the phone to my GF and she talked shit and said somthing that pissed me off. I hung up. She called back and said sorry .. it was a fkn nasty thing to say though . Should I freeze her out for the next few days because of this .. I have already been in contact with her once since. I didn't say much though.

When is it acceptable to freeze a girl out?

Why would you freeze out a girl?

What other options can you take to punish poor behaviour?

Also I would be great if other PUA's could post poor behaviours that they have expeirienced from other women so that the moderators or more senior members could provide a response to the poor behaviours.

Disrespect. You know it when you see it.

If she flakes on you, cancels on you, or slights you in some small way, freeze her out.

You don't have to say what she said that was so offensive, but was it something she can apologize for? Some things you just can't take back, you know? And if that's the case, you take whatever action you need to take. Even if it means dumping her.

As long as you let her know that you're a great thing and that she CAN fuck it up if she's not careful.

And just to clarify, I don't think he was referring to all woman as bitches. He just meant that some women are bitches, or act like bitches at times, and he wants advice on handling them in this state.

When I said bitches It was a reference to the way they can behave at times. Not women in general.
