Ok so I've come across this style called the Caveman, I don't know much about it other than that It's a more physical approach. Sounds good to me!!

So if anyone could explain it for a dope like me that would really help :)
Also If anyone has any links or tips or experiences with this method then please share!

Read some of Stylars posts/threads. And also Jackal's field reports.

Both have quite a animlistic, raw kind of theory to their pick up
