Hi.

How should one go about becoming a professional PUA who is paid to teach others?
Currently I'm at the beginning stage of PU. I have sarged a few times and opened some indirect sets. I've also been to a few parties where I've managed to k-close.

Hypothetically, how should someone from my stage go about becoming a pro pua in about 5 or even 10 years?

I just thought it would be interesting to know and I can't be the only one with this question :)

That's up to you...

Why is it everyone is so 'concerned' with the friggin title?

It's not about you calling yourself a PUA - it's a cover-term to distinguish the fact you're taken steps to control/manipulate/learn the social dynamic of a situation. You've taken the time and energy required to run thousands of sets. You know how to transition in your head - you don't worry about what to say next, and you always have the strategem for whatever situation...

You can open, you can escelate, you can instruct the nuances to others, you can see a set going wrong and help save it, and you can devise an exit strategy that keeps you looking good in the public eye - if exposed. You can use tools, pawns, gambits, stories - pretty much anything available is a potential object you can use in your inventory of tricks...

When you can do all of this - and instruct the concepts, NOT the 'lines'... you'll be on your way. As for getting paid - You need to be better than the originals.

My suggestion - fuck chicks, help your friends, STFU and forget worrying about the title... You'll make as much money in the lottery - very little if any.

Hahah. As most people here, I care about the skill set, not the title. I don't care if you want to call me a professional pua or a camel. But I think people will understand my question better if I ask 'how to become a pro pua' rather than asking 'how to become a camel'..

Anyways, thanks you for the advice, you gave me a pretty decent overview of the requirements and what a professional should know.

Very simple; it's all psychological. It's an ego thing a way to boost confidence though you shouldn't need it. Especially for guys just starting out the title PUA is like a dream to them everything they want/hope to be but are not. You must also admit that if someone calls you a PUA it makes you feel good as well. I am still pretty far from it but the other day a group of guys called me a PUA simply because I actually talk to HBs, am I a PUA? No...Did it feel nice to be called one? Yes...

One of the most common things about geniuses of any endeavor is applying 50 000 hours to that subject/career.
- The field is king.

Another common thing about geniuses is surrounding themselves with a mastermind group. Which is to surround your self with men/women who compliment/aid/mentor you in that endeavor.
- You could either partner up with other PUAs.
- You can take a boot camp.
- Study and learn from the best or other PUA instructors.

Lastly, persistence ^_^ and positive attitude.

There are more other patterns found in geniuses found and studied throughout history, but, I'm sure if you follow the list above or come close to it, you can achieve elite status in your field of your choice.

Sincerely,

Donston

I started running game in the early 90's. I rode on the professional rodeo circuit. Several of us on the circuit figured it out... We simply wanted to stand out - and close pussy at each new town we went to. Being sponsored rodeo cowboys DHV'd the fuck out of us when we went to bars (PRCA rodeo jackets - embroidered w/ name and event, champion buckles that were won, not bought... we stood out). All I did was learn how to communicate and learn from my mistakes. Having read the Game and the countless other materials - I've added the definitions and mindsets of the 'pros' to my own game. Now, I'm 45 - divorced 2 years ago, and running hard. BUT - I cannot stand the title MPUA. Especially when my brother or a friend tries to introduce me to other dudes calling me that as if I'm some fucking sex guru.

I prefer to be the silent assassin. I prefer the mental conquest - the moment where I've talked a complete stranger's panties off of her - that's my high... So the undue attention from others isn't desired on my stand point. I don't care what others think... I know what works for me, and I'm comfortable in that space.

Man the only reason u do not like the title, is cus it makes u feel old. A title is what u make it. U have used PU material and read the game u r a PU artist.

Where would luke sky walker be, without Obi Wan Kenobi. All this rubbish about being modest when u have something to be proud of is liberal brainwashing.

Young guys are always looking for a mentor, the adulation is only temporary until they excel their masters.

Nuff said good luck with the Rodeo.

Give bad advice to other guys, then, when enough males are screwing up in clubs and bars, you just need to behave casual and you will get the ladies. It might take some time, but it will work.

Nah, seriously, unless you want to charge for lessons, who cares? Even then, there are many guys who are a fraud and still charge for lessons.

We don't care about the title, actually the title PUA has a negative connotation, although its sole purpose is for one good reason: to have relationships with women. With this in mind, focus on getting women in your life and not earning cash having a title. If you really want a title, be a dating coach.

Just get good at attracting women and helping other guys do the same. The key is practice, practice, practice. As your reputation grows, you can start charging people money for access to your skills. It's not hard.

Personally, I've met some very successful trainers when I coached for the biggest PUA business in my country. More than half of them were creeps and frauds. I'm deeply interested in social dynamics and helping other guys but the lack of integrity in the industry is sometimes upsetting. I hope US/European coaches are better overall.
