There's this girl that i work in the same building with for the past few months and we've rarely spoken until i had to work directly with her on a project. Im ridiculously attracted to her physique, but her personality is just as amazing as her looks.

I finally got the balls to ask her on a date the other night and her answer was "I will think about it".... WTF does that mean? I also asked if she was physically attracted to me and she said "yes", she mentioned that i have an awesome personality as well...... but all she said was "I will think about it".

I have her phone number and i text her a few times but she seems busy and never really responds to me through the cell phone convo's.

I would like some advice on how to handle this situation cause im definitely interested in dating this girl. Thanks!

If she is as hot as an ass as you she is, she probably has over 10 guys texting her. So drop the texting until you are actually dating her. Furthermore she is your coworker so you shouldn't be so clear with your intentions. Try doing some kino with no verbal compliments or neediness. That is generally what has worked the best for me when gaming women I'm not supposed to date (classmates, girls with boyfriends, close women friends).
