What's up everyone I'm Alex, 21 years old....So I was in a relationship for about 2 and a half years. Some stuff happened and went our separate ways. I have been single for about 4-5 months now and have lost all my "skills" if you call it. I have had other relationships/partners etc before the long relationship. Since I had a girlfriend at the time I didn't really talk to other ladies because I had a woman. I feel like I have lost all of my confidence. Whenever I see a beautiful young lady my age I just choke up. I don't even say or do anything just keep walking. I hate it so much. It's so embarrassing. Basically what I'm saying and please excuse my language, I'm a pussy when it comes to girls. I feel like I could treat those women so much better by being a true gentleman than just some meat head duesche. I have a job, go to school, own house, own car and am doing pretty swell in life not some killer or something. I honestly don't know what to do. Maybe some others have been in my spot before? Or The master PUA's can help me out. What do I do to get back on my feet. How do I get my foot back in the door? Please any advice or help would be great!

this is AFC loser talk. You are not entitled to anything, and those girls who choose those guys are doing their own dance because that's what they want. Dont be a hater, haters dont get laid. Get your own style and get your own pussy and dont be envious of others that pull because they are "jerks and assholes" Life isn't fair, accept it.


Now as for advice, you are at the right place, read these forums, listen to the senior guys, get out in the filed and practice, get your material together, and dont give up. Don't blame others for your failure, and work towards your own style and success.
