Just record yourself speaking on your phone or something similar and play it back. Write down the exact things you want to change. Some things to consider include -
*Speed of your voice
*Pitch of your voice
*Tone/vibe that your voice gives off
*Any pauses or filler words such as 'like' and 'uh'
Just keep re-recording until you sound as good as possible. Learn to talk from the chest not the throat. Maintain good posture, it all helps.
