So I've been on okCupid for awhile now and have my source of good pick-up lines (most people respond) but then their message is "You're half my age" or "I could be your mother!" or "Use that on someone closer to your age." I'm 18 so I can understand why they say that but is there any way around it? I'll usually say something like "You seem like the type of person who can keep up with someone younger.." Any input is appreciated!

But maybe try and be a bit cheeky and brush it off, usually they're just testing you.

With the effort and time you spend browsing through profile you could go out and actually meet a girl that's DTF. I've closed a number of girls from Facebook and haven't chilled with a SINGLE ONE OF THEM outside of that.
