I'd build some rapport with her before going for the number close bro. Drop in 2-3 times during the week, smile and make jokes and small talk with her each time. If there is another coffee shop in the area that you know makes good coffee, keep it in mind - this can help with your logistics. On the 3rd or so visit, tell her that Interpol is hot on your tail and you may have to flee the country at the drop of a hat so before this happens, you need her cell number. Control the frame by saying you understand how she doesnt want to get involved with harbouring fugitives but you're willing to make it worth her while. Say it with a very serious tone and facial expression.

Just start laughing then and tell her the real reason is that you want to take her to the such and such coffee house and get her opinion on their blends there because they're apparently top notch. You could also throw in that you usually go there and not Starbuck's but there was something magnetic about this particular Starbuck's that drew you in. Just smile and flirt.

Thanks for the response, I actually went in one time since. Saying hey its (insert celeb name) remember me? She laughed and joked about it with me. Although I had a really short chit chat, seems like a number is possible. But I was thinking the same, I kind of wanted to wait for the number and try to build a bit. I think I could have flirted more. I think I will try to do more small talk and maybe the next time try something like you mentioned.

Just remember bro, you have to stand out from the 200 or so other blokes she serves daily, but dont sound needy or desperate. Just demonstrate high value and come across as chilled, confident and relaxed, crack jokes and smile. If you can bust out some interesting yarn and make her laugh, you're on the right track.
