How familiar are you guys with this attraction switch? I've been wondering lately what exactly is the foundation of it. Is it the quantity of men you are capable of leading, or does the attraction lie within demonstrating leadership qualities (tribal leader). Would being a musician band leader activate this switch? It's not many people you're leading, but you do need leadership qualities. What do you guys think?

It doesn't really matter how many guys you lead. I think being a leader comes down largely to making decisions quickly and motivating others to follow your plan. Even if his ideas aren't perfect, he puts them into action. Also a good leader changes his plan if he becomes aware of a better route.

A great friend of mine is AFC in the sense that he always gives approval, always laughs at everyone's jokes, but he is really well respected in our group because he leads. He makes decisions, invites people out to events, and tries his best to end argument by rallying us around a common goal. Look for someone like this in your life and observe his positive qualities.
