About the girl that fucked you over, why even care? She'll realise it soon enough that SHE lost something precious, and not you. It shouldn't be your goal of dating other girls. It's severe weakness in my eyes and alot others.

Stop being hard to get because She's gonna look at it as no interest coming from your side, your gonna throw it hard as she'll shut her emotions down and getting back there is hard because she'll always carry that around. Start being a nicer guy; but dont give to much of yourself.
Go talk to her, crack some jokes and make her feel good, ask HER to go on a date instead of expecting it the other way around. Be the one taking the initiative and attraction will roll by itself.
A girl will always choose a man, because he's a man. It's an important lesson to remember. Girls look for strong partners, that dont play games.
