Hi, I need some major adjustment

When I was 26, met a awesome girl.. things end as they do.

Now 34, been out of a relationship for about a year. I have spent sometime trying to be back up to speed.

The best example would be some girl says she has a cat, and I reply, uh oh how many cats? We might have a potential crazy cat lady. I end up being more offensive then funny.

I know this is strictly a personality thing at this point, and my mouth. I need some sort of directional shift. Maybe someone had a similar problem and they could point me how they 'fixed' it or just anything at this point. I have never had this kind of failure rate.

It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Are you giving her a huge smile when you say things like that?

I would say my facial expression and voice tone are playing the part of I'm really suspecting she could be a crazy cat lady

Been absent from these forums for a while...I agree with Snarg, you need to know how to read the girls and calibrate. Smile, have a playful mood and make sure to MATCH THEIR ENERGY. This is key and is often disregarded by guys who at first lack the social awareness.
