So I met a girl for dinner that i have met a couple of times in group situations.

We went for dinner and at the dinner table she talked a LOT. She also played with objects on the table in a nervous fashion for alot of the time.

I called her out on this and asked her why. She said she felt nervous. I come across naturally as confident and wonder if this added to her nerves.

Opinions on this? Is her being nervous shows she cares or is it a bad thing?

This is extremely normal as far as women go. They are nervous creatures by nature, they have thousands of random thoughts going on in their mind at any given time.

If this happens in the future. Just grab her hand and say " listen, there is nothing to be nervous about, we are just two people enjoying each others company Lets just talk naturally and have a good time, let the chips fall as they may ok".

I have said this many times to women and I have found it to be very effective, be sure to hold her hand for the entire sentence.

As far as attraction, it's a very good sign that she is attracted to you. Generally the more nervous, the more attraction.
