im a 31 yearold guy...i dont think im bad looking....got complimented by gay guys tonight in fact.....
the problem is i use to grind...never really approached chicks to talk....now dont know how to do it...picking up the game tomorrow. will do the newbie challenge again!!!anything else you guys think i should try...


ALSO ONE QUESTION...When you start a convo, how does it go...i mean after the initial line how do you keep the convo going???what do you tlak about???i know an f close is far off, but it seems really difficult to talk to the point when she is ready to go.

learn a few openers and a few routines and start going out infield every day and open alot of sets, its a game of numbers.
once ur anxiety lvl will go down u can try natural game.
dont even think about FC lol.. ur goal right now should be to kill ur AA as much as possible.

I agree, your anxiety or not being in state is actually blocking you from keeping the conversation going. I can keep conversation going all night, but couple weeks back, I was not hitting state, and could not come up with one thing to say.

Start by opening bunch of sets and plow through them long as possible. Even if your talking about the most boring shit. Keep plowing.

Right now, you probably just wanna sleep with women. To be successful in pick up, you actually gotta go out and have fun talking to women. Once you truly have fun talking to girls, your gonna hit state almost every time before even the approach, and the anxiety will naturally go away. For myself, instead of getting AA, I am excited to open sets. I had a bad case of AA when I started, and now is reverse. I don't let any sets get away.

Do the newbie mission again and ask yourself à question, what is the worst thing that can happend? The worst thing that can happend is that they will walk away, no one have ever died cuz of à rejection.

Answer to the question: as rambotito said you should learn some openers and practice to talk around those, if your are interesting, the women will become interested in you and make the convo going. If she asks what you work with, say something that's interesting like surgent, doctor, crime-journalist etc.
