so, for two thursdays, i noticed a girl and her friend giving me the eye in the lunch hall of my college.

i decided to approach her today, during lunch time. (the only time i see her)
heres a little how it went

Me:are you a french exchange student?
Her:aha,no i do spanish!
Me:oh yeah?
Her:im a teaching assistant here. do you go here also?
Me:yeah, ive seen you around.
Her: what? where??
Me: just around here, with your friend
Her:whats your name?
Me:maxmius
Her:Im Lu! im gonna eat now...-
Me: hey, i have work to do now, but we should hang out sometime.

she smiled, and she went on to have lunch.
i left the hall.

i see her every thursday..well i chose to see her if i want to in the lunch hall. how do i go about my next move? also is there anyway i could of handled the approach better?

So you said you should hang out sometime, and she just smiled and started eating? Odd response. Also, just for future reference, be more concrete with it next time. Instead of saying "we should hang out sometime", say "let's go get coffee/pizza/lunch/condoms&fuckinmycar after class".

No worries though. Next time you see her, start another conversation then tell her to go somewhere with you after school. It's great to see you have the confidence to just approach a girl like that, so I don't think you need any more help in that direction. Good luck!

no, we were both grabbing lunch and she had a tray in her hand and went off to eat soon after i told her we should hang out.. ahahaha i'll be abit more specific then next time i tell a girl we should hang out...

if i decide to have lunch with her, itll be with teachers! fuck that. so i see her,i immediately say afterschool meet me outside bla bla, she's attracted to me for sure also.
