Hey all,

I'm 23, I am very inexperienced - up until very recently I never kissed a girl (I vaguely recall kissing a girl for laughs when I was 11 at school but it doesn't really count). I guess I'm very shy and I don't have confidence in myself and my skills. I read a bit of PUA literature and I've been quite passive about it all for some time but I do realise it's something I am going to need to work on if I ever want to start getting girls. I guess the reason for my inexperience at my age is going to an all-boys school until I was 18. Then, I met a girl in the first year of my university that I instantly became head over heels about. It was severe "one-itis" that lasted for at least a year and a bit! It seems silly now but it made perfect sense then! But it does leave its marks. Being unsuccessful in that instance made me even more shy and awkward around girls, although I learned not to let myself like anyone specific as easily as I did then. Aside from a few flirty interactions with girls over the years, I've got nothing! I'm not a loud person, I'm pretty quiet and non-confrontational.

The reason I am joining right now is because I need advice about a specific encounter. But in the interests of keeping things in the right forums, I posted my question in the "General Questions" section of the forum. I would appreciate any advice you guys can offer, and I look forward to learning about stuff on here!
