I had sex for the first time recently, with my first serious girlfriend. I have always been a good listener. I always focus all my attention on the girl, because the more I give to her, the more she lets her emotions go. And that's about the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced: a girl letting it all go.

Reading "She Comes First" by Ian Kerner has done me a lot of good. I can make my girlfriend come almost every time.

I think I'm approaching 'decent'. I want to become extraordinary good.

It is the only way to get familiar with the body of a woman. You will get the hang of it since you actually WANT to learn(you mentioned the book) and you will have an advantage over many men.

Read, practice, have an open mind. ( technique)
Dont drink dont smoke, sleep & eat right workout maintain clean hygene (apeal and performance)
