Im in a world of hurt here:
to make a long story short:
I used to be with someone, when she started working after college we broke up (We ran out of gas and wanted to establish carreers). Now a year and a half later I'm living 100 miles away and got into pua. Im training a lot and im feeling like a god (thx guys). A lot of women love the new me.
I'm seeing another girl (since 3 months). This new girl does everything for me, she does my cooking, cleaning and f***ing. I'm mainly with her for convenience reasons but she's an angel. We have a citytrip planned mid april to stockholm.
About two weeks ago, I went on a trip with some friends of mine. the sneaky bastards decided to invite my ex along. => we ended up in her bedroom. A week later we did it again...
So now my ex wants to come over to my place next sunday, because she has to work here the day after. I would love to get back with her, but the timing is horrible, and the uncertainty very high. Is there a technique to let the other girl go and how would you go about that citytrip and how about getting back with the ex?

I would seriously be careful about this situation mate, You honestly want to be sure about your ex-girlfriends intentions before you tell the other girl about it.
Take it slowly and try to figure out your ex, make sure You dont confront the other girl about it, since it's more then obvious that she's into you.
Besides all this, make sure your completely honest with the other girl, no need find a detour not to ''hurt'' her or whatever.
