My girlfriend blew me off after 1 year.. And it`s even worse bcs I keep thinking that It`s pretty much my fault, bcs I was really a dick towards her and it`s over more bcs of this, than that she doesn`t like me. But, I want to move on and currently I`m not really succesful at this.. Bcs she`s on my mind constantly, it really fucked me up and I don`t seem to be interested into other girls.. There˙s no place to go out at weekend bcs I live in a small town and we pretty much all know each other. So, I need some advices how to get over this shit as quick as possible and what to do, to be interested in having a girl or smth like that.
It`s kind a like I`ve emotionally shut down after this and I don`t really imagine opening up to any other girl that to her..

You might just need to give yourself some time to get over it. Do something that has nothing to do with women, like a personal hobby. Hang out with male friends and do something fun for awhile. That should help you get over it, then you can start up again.

when i went through a really shit time with my ex a couple months ago, i picked up my guitar and loved it. im in a band today. girls soon appriciated me because they know i dont need them, and they want to be part of my own tribe.

Friends friends friends and time. Hang a lot with your boys, even a girl friend if you have any helped me some. Just because you are hanging with a girl and having fun, it made me see she wasnt the only girl out there. But more than anything time helps most. I was crushed when I got dumped, 3 months later I laugh about it and you will see things totally differently than you do now
