So i've been wanting to get a tattoo on my upper back. Thinking of a tribal tattoo. What's the impact with women in the u.s.

women like tats generally. I wouldn't get tribal though. It's too common and cheap looking.

Don't get a tattoo just to impress women.

Asking what women thinks of tattoos kinda indicates that you wanna get one to impress. I can see how DJ_Z came to that conclusion.

He is just trying to tell you that if you wanna get a tattoo, get one, dont care about what women might or might not think of it. It is for you and not for them.

If you are so concerned of what women think of your tattoo, you probably dont really want one anyway. There are different women out there, some like tattoos and some dont.

You can treat it as a bit of mild peacocking, depending on the tattoo. If you do that, please get something different, tribal tattoos are just too common, unless you can tie it into a story somehow, maybe youre a decendant of a polynesian tribe?( if youre a pale white guy avoid this option)

Either way tattoos can be great conversation starters or aids in peacocking. My Sinner/Saint ambigram wrist tattoo I got recently has been a hit with the ladies, and there's a legit story and ability for dhv in it.

i wouldnt get a tattoo just to impress women, allthough you can search for one that means something and you know will coincidently be very pleasing to the eyes of women. iv got a few tatts but get the most attention from ribs as have writing and flowers, girls love it to be honest, when i pull my jumper over my head to take it off, it accidently pulls ur tshirt up also and this is good for getting them to start the convo, at the least its a reason to get ur body out for girls i would strongly recomend a rib tattoo if ur just looking to impress the ladies
