im 18 and i started talking to a 25 yr old girl. we made out and a couple days later she decide she didnt want to date and be just friends. that was about a month ago. i still talk to her off and on. i want to try and have sex with her. how should i ask/ talk to her about me wanting to have sex?

You should ask her out, go somewhere, (to a party, club, your house, your car, whatever) escalate and close. Don't say the words, just physically make it happen.

Have you ever talked to her on the phone before? If not, it'll probably feel kind of odd for both of you so scratch that idea. Otherwise, it's fine to call.

When will you see her again in person?

Only use texting as a last resort. It's not like there's some law against it, but you have a much higher chance of her agreeing to go with you if you ask in "real time".

yea we use to talk on the phone. what should i say when i call her? im not very good with wording things

You're over-thinking it - relax! Call her up, if you get her voicemail then leave a quick message telling her to call you back. If she answers, make some bullshit small talk for a minute or so (ask how she is, what she's up to, etc) then dive in with a statement like "I'm heading to XXX on Friday, want to come along?"
