I love day game, but have some issues with #closing or getting past the opener and small talk.

Here's my elevator opener (works best when I am the only one in an elevator and an HB is getting on.

Me: Sorry, this elevator is full.
HB: What?!
We make eye contact and I smile. She gets on after realizing I was joking.

Then I make some small talk until we get to one of our floors.

Still working on the rest of my game, but I'm new...

this is not a question.....right!?!?

I also approach girls in the elevator (my apart. is at the top floor of a building full of students).

What I usually do is neg her, do a small talk and then if she gets out on the same floor as me, I get her email or chatting ID.
If she doesn't get out at my floor, I leave it at that and the next time we see each other in the elevator we can continue...
It doesn't need to have an outcome, just have fun with it.

Note: It seems to me that elevators are a horrible place to pick up girls because you guys are both heading places and likely not the same place. If you follow her it is like you are stalking her. There simply isn't enough time to build rapport or a connection, perhaps some comfort. You can build attraction quickly but the number closing is far to quick, you burn the number fast without really solid text game.

Has anyone closed more then just a number out of it?

I meant has anyone turned a phone number into more. I know you don't have a chance for more at that moment, but has anyone got a number and it lead to a date or sex or is that it. I can't imagine anyone has without several elevator rides with the same person.

Its the same as getting a number/email in the mall after talking less than 1 min.
You can then talk/email to her and build comfort so they will want to date you, but the success rates are small.
That is because you need to make her remember you and that usually needs time.
But if you do that 10 times, maybe you'll get at least 3 dates.
And after all its fun.
