I like a girl, told her. She told me she likes me back. I want to be in a commitment, she says she doesn't because a) she just broke up with her last ex in October and b) we are going to spend our summer apart and she's "needy".


We made out and I fingered her when she was drunk once already. Today she went back to my place and got drunk again and we started to mess around, this time she said she was really horny and wanted to get it on. I told her no, I wanted to do it when we are both sober, she kept bitching on about how much she wanted it and I kept telling her no, that's not how I roll.

She kept clawing me and biting on my lip until I started bleeding and that shit turned me off so fast it wasn't even funny. And yet she wouldn't take off her clothes even though we were feeling each other.

She wouldn't sleep over for the night and wouldn't let me walk her back to her place. Did I make the right move? I have too much pride as a guy at the moment....

because if you feel good about it, and that was a barrier that you don't want to cross, then good stuff, you upheld your morals,

in terms of was this productive in the continuous sexual activity with this girl, no probably was not the best idea, she was ready to sleep with you, and you turned her down, it is not the end of the world, but some girls get butthurt about that and don't want to put that offer on the table again, some don't care, really depends on the individual girl

but really the rule of thumb should just be go for what you want, if you want to sleep with a girl, try to sleep with her, if you want to only do that sober, then try to do that sober, if she won't let you do what you want, then you either have to compromise or it will not work out between the two of you and you should move on

she wanted sex, you were not willing to provide that, now either she wants to deal with that again and compromise what she wants, or she will just go find some other guy who is fine with fucking her while she has been drinking

alot of guys think you are doing a girl some huge respectful favor by not sleeping with her when she has been drinking, but really it is the same as if you were drinking and comming on to a girl, would prefer if that girl was respectful and rejected you?, or would you rather just get laid?
