Ok,so my story begins with a girl,lets call her Jessica.
Jessica and I had a thing one day and now she's very into me.
At first I was into her too but then I realized that I'm better without her,Im just not much into her.
I didnt tell her that yet,she's too much into me and now I have no idea what to say or do so that she wont get hurt. (We are not together yet,but she want us to be).
The story ever go worse,I met another girl lets call her Nicole.
I had fun with Nicole,shes fun or at least more fun than Jessica.
I want to try it out with Nicole,I see that there's a connection,my friend told me that she looks like shes into me but there are 2 things: I have no idea what to do,I mean,I cant just isolate her because in school we sit and talk with everyone as a group and to lead to something with her could take much more time than a 5 min break between classes. We also cant go out because she lives in school like in a boarding school and I'm external student. So I have to find a way to make it fast...maybe telling directly is an option? I dont know,Ive never done it in this way.
The other problem which to me is less as a problem and its with Jessica,I mean,she WILL get hurt this way.
Answer me those questions so that I'll try to figure out what to do and with whom. Thanks:)

You have to man up and just be Honest with Jessica. Don't lead her one. Lay all the cards on the table as early as possible. This goes for any "relationship" you build with a girl.

Onto Nicole, I would best go with indirect game. Ask her what she's all about...what's she passionate about? What does she do outside of school for one. Work this into the group conversations...like "Man I really feel like going/doing [whatever activity]...blah blah blah"...The point is to take the discussion outside the scope of where you are.

From there once you have her talking about that set up some sort of reason for you guys to "exchange" contact info. I put that word in quotes because when asking for a number you always want there to be a mutual transaction. "Exchange" is the best word to use here. Anyways get the contact info for the reason of meeting up and doing whatever activity it is you brought up and found a common interest in. From there just keep building comfort, show her how awesome and passionate about life you are and give her an EXPERIENCE unlike anything else she's every received from her other interactions with guys.
