I'm not naturally the leader of men around the older members of the organization. One which I respect likes to bust my balls and I just laugh like it's funny or just dismiss it but sometimes I feel like it affects me in a subconscious level when he does it when women are around. I'm good at DHVs, negging and story telling but I feel like I'm getting AMOGed when they bust my balls.
How can I naturally be the leader of men when I'm one of the newer members of the organization? _________________ The truth is, once you seduce a woman - looks don't matter. She's thinking about your dick - the rest of your body is a background.

Put the hat on and just keep a cocky smile on your face then turn to the women that's around and say hey do you think he or they deserve? lol

There's always hierarchy in life, and whilst you can eventually climb up to the top, sometimes you just have to take it on the chin for a while until you get there. You can give him some banter back, nothing wrong with that, but if you're new to a society, you're not necessarily going to be able to "lead men" who have been there for ages. Give him some banter back, or laugh it off and realise that it is just one bloke giving you some stick.
Instead of worrying about that, I'd look at the reasons why you worry about the ball busting when it's in front of girls. Why don't you care so much when it's in front of your male friends? You're doing right in laughing it off - if you become wound up by it and start getting angry, then it shows a lack of constraint and confidence in yourself.
To me it suggests you're not fully comfortable in your own skin - perhaps the insults do actually hit a nerve on some level, or perhaps you are still slightly insecure. You need to try and cultivate an "I don't care" mantra and really mean it; know your personal qualities and know that any level of teasing isn't going to ruin your frame.
If someone is teasing you, and you give a nonchalant smile, and either a witty comeback or a laugh off, and remain in the same confident frame as you were before, then girls will notice that the teasing doesn't bother you. They'll notice that you're so confident in yourself that a little bit of light teasing doesn't dent you at all. And they'll like that!
