Accept responsibility for yourself & your results!
Not happy with where you are? Fine. Time to stop blaming others, luck or fate. Take charge of your life and make change happen for you! Become self-sufficient, Independent and in control and set yourself up for real success.
Begin to Lead others
In charge of your own life? Great now go to the next level and extend that by taking responsibility for the experience others have around you.
Either you are the observing or the observed. You want to be the latter!
Most women want to be led by a dominant man who makes decisions and takes action. You can be that man!
Setting Standards & Boundaries = Screening
Fed up of being a pushover and accepting whatever others offer?
Set some standards write down what you want in a woman
Set some boundaries of what behaviour you are not willing to accept
Screen women to your standards, have them qualify themselves to you.
Adopt an Attitude of Abundance
There are plenty of attractive women out there who want to have sex!
and lots who can't wait to have sex with you! they just don't realise yet!
Improve your Self talk.
the story you tell yourself is important as it shapes your beliefs about what is possible for you. Apparently, saying out loud affirmations every day like "Yes I can, I can do it, I am strong and confident, I face my fears and overcome them, I am relaxed and can talk to anyone with ease, I enjoy the company of beautiful women. I naturally attract hot women into my bed" is a free power up!
Take off the breaks! Nail Your logistics!
If you want to do more than just talk to women you're gonna need to get them back to your base! The optimum setup is an environment that is yours, that you can control, that is within range of your meetup location and has 2 people in mind.
Engage your masculine aggression & get in shape!
take up boxing, weight lifting or a competitive sport that will push you, energise you and help develop a physical and mental presence to show up with.
Adopt a playful learning frame of mind.
Here to have fun & learn! Do things for your amusement. Be playful, tease, challenge and neg a girl and they will love you for it
Break things down!
Break down the process into small chunks. There are phases master the first then move to the next. The beauty of following a system is that all the phases have been worked out for you!
Make some female friends!
Not only will this improve your ability to talk with women but also open your social circle to new people and events
great for demonstrating you are pre-selected too.
Change your view of failure!
See it as feedback on your approach. they are not rejecting you. they didn't respond well to that approach, so change it!
Play the Numbers Game
any sales person knows out of 100 calls they will get only 10-20
but thats fine because of 10 approaches one night, you only need to walk away with 1 for it to be a successful evening
Start approaching and talking to lots of women!
Start going out regularly and being more social! Approach strangers, approach women you are attracted to. Be interesting and interested! Do anything enough times, adjusting your approach to what works and you will become competent and confident at it.
Learn to Listen
Women provide you with a gold mine of things to talk about but if you are too busy thinking about what you will say next you will miss it!
Listen out for topics of conversation that they provide you with and feed it back to them!
Ask better questions!
Time to throw out the old interview style. Make a unique observation or ask her something more interesting like "What is your passion?"
Engage a woman's emotions and imagination
How? Always have a few great stories to tell!
Get good at using descriptive language, painting a vivid picture!
embed DHV spikes and humor and pauses for dramatic effect!
Finally.. (gosh this turned into an essay)
It may sound cheesy but girls are people too! There is a dark side to PUA, when you get good and start having real success remember, the power is there to enable you to CHOOSE women you want to be with, not USE them.
Remember this distinction and you'll keep your soul
