I'd never tell her my feelings nor would I tell her she is attractive. Otherwise, she might think I'm needy..besides, women don't fall on "nice guys". Just my 2 cents

Depends on the way that you do it. It won't be needy if you do it as some kind of 'reward'.
If you get her to jump through a hoop for you, you may tell her she's pretty or share something personal with her.

On return take your glass back

The 'hoop' in this case is that you want her to hold your drink while you go to the toilet or go say hi to some friends or something. If she complies, reward her. If she doesn't, go cold on her for a little while and hold another hoop in front of her.
