| So I walk into a bar with my little brother, see this cute girl serving drinks. I look her up and down right in front of her -No excuses- then look her in the eye and smile. She's responding. I go where I was going(They had an awesome band playing up front).
A few minutes later I see her standing there relatively close, so I go up to her, put my hand on her elbow,"I got a rum and coke at this other bar, but it tastes like diet.." my hand moves to her back "..coke, would you sure that this one is coke?". She says yeah enthusiastically.
So she goes off and comes back with my drink. When she hands it to me, our hands touch. I take a sip. I lean in slowly and kiss her on the cheek. She doesn't pull back. So I pull back a little and say,"I know you're working..." Then I lean in again and take a deep smell of her hair. "You smell SO good." Again, she's not flinching or anything. Somehow I've got her hand in mine, she pulls away a little bit, but her hand is still touching mine. I know she's digging it, but it's ASD amplified by the fact that she's working.
This is where I fuck up. She's just standing there, then she makes a weird face and says,"I'm gonna go walk around". I'm too drunk to really think of anything to say, but I should have just pulled out my phone and handed it to her.
Started dancing with some nasty hoes, and I didn't see her the rest of the night.
It was cool because she could walk away at any point, but she didn't. I've noticed that even when she was about to leave, she lingered to give me a chance to convince her to stay. The lesson here, is to always approach a girl in a place where she can leave if she decides to - it takes balls to put yourself in a position where you could be rejected in front of everyone, but that's proof that you're confident.
