So this is my story:
I am a solid 9. Got plenty of IOI’s from a lot of HB’s but didn't take advantage of.(now I am regretting a little bit).I will graduate this semester so I have 2 months left until graduation.I am not a nerd but was not so social in college and I am not American.
So I am developing a software which is aiming for girls in their 20’s.I was thinking that It could be a perfect situation for me to approach HBs in college and ask them what's their opinions and probably get to know them and you know the rest...
My college is small and has plenty of HBs . My plan is to approach let's say 3 hbs every day and at least 50 hbs in 2 months and probably getting deeper with 5 of them.
Since this is a small community, whatever people do here spreads easily so I have to make my approach as normal as possible.
What do you think about my plan?(Is it plausible or it sounds awkward)
What should I consider and be careful about and how make my plan and approaches as less awkward as possible?
I would appreciate and be really thankful for any advice

Yo man, I really like your plan of becoming a better PUA.
I don't understand everything you said in the post but, yea.. Try different things to strike up convo's with different chicks and see what works best.. Approaching so many women, WILL without a doubt increase how comfortable you are around women.

Thanks for the link. I already read that. However , My situation is different.Since as I said I will graduate in 2 months and I don't have enough time for creating social value. My main purpose is finding and knowing girls who are in to me without make in awkward move. However, the only places for approaching are library ,cafeteria, etc.. and for me it seems 3 or 4 approaches is a little high. Since other people will observe me and probably will understand what I am doing.
Any suggestion will be appreciated!

If your trying to have a plan your already going the wrong way. Unfortunately guys make pickup look more complicated than it is. Just go up to the girl and say what's on your mind, just spew things out of your mouth. You might fail once or twice and even more times but at the end you will have so much experience and will be less affected by rejection. And most importantly you wont be a robot but actually be yourself. Just have fun with it. Good luck!

here you go, it is this simple as the video above, no opinions needed, if you are actually a 9 like you say you are (alot of guys think they are better looking then they actually are), then it will be really easy for you to pickup, you are looking at getting at least 1/10 girls you approach just by being honest you like them, the above is a good example of all you need to do, and you don't even have to be as comfortable with it, if you just tell a girl you find her physically attractive (using what ever descriptive word you want), and let her know you want to get to know you, it will open the flood gates, there is really nothing amazing or techniqual you have to do past that besides try to get to know her, try to get her alone, and try to kiss her/sleep with her

if it is related to school, the more girls that know you are looking for a girlfriend and are cute, the better, different girls will form different opions, stay independant from their opinions

if you have that in mind, you can figure out how to make more then 1/10 say yes, with practise, just keep talking to new girls, keep flirting with them, keep kissing them, eventually you can just either become a man whore or get a girlfriend, it really just depends on your goals, there are alot of methods out there to improve success, but don't get trapped into reading and reading and reading without trying to have sex with a girl, as long as your intent is there, you express it (directly or indirectly), and you move things forward towards sex, you will be fine, she should be aware of your intent (romantic interest), but you can still play with your interest/dis-interest and how much and what kind of attention you give her and how you express your intent

Generally you are right. But since I am not great on continuing the conversation and My native language is not English so I've had better time and less nervous when I had a plan.It is fake but it's better than nothing to say for now.

Guys , I have a question :
After talking to a girl generally, I want to be in touch with her whether she likes me or not. Just to get their feedbacks about my software. What 's the best way to do so?
I was thinking of something like this at the end of conversation :

Me:"It's was nice talking to you. I'd love to hear your opinion about XXX.What is the best way to reach /in touch with you ?
HB: blah blah
Me: "I am not using FB much. But I can add you to get your feedbacks later."

I don't think adding FB is a big deal and I assume most girls accept it. I'd like to know your opinion guys.
Generally, what should I go for at the end of conversation?
