All right, I got a classmate of mine (HB8, never got officially friendzoned, we flirt a little sometimes) to go partying with me sometime, and she mentioned a Singles Night event in a venue I don't know this Saturday. It's the traditional colored bracelet thing, green for "Available", blue for "Maybe" and red for "Taken". I agreed to go, so it will be the two of us and maybe I can get a guy I sarged with once to come with me. He might as well hook up with my friend if he can :)

I am not even experienced with nightgame, yet this will be open season.
It'll be official, nearly everybody will be there to hook up or meet singles of their preferred sex.
I want to make sure, so I ask: Is there any social protocol at events like this? How do things go differently from a simple night at a dance club or bar? (Which "dangers" are higher, which are lower? Protective girlfriends, bitch shields, AMOGs?) What are your tips so I can make the most out of this night? I'd like a girlfriend and experience, mostly, SNL is good if it happens, but that's not what I'm really looking for.

Give me all you got, I need it.

go with a different color bracelet... not green not blue not red.. something different, so you can talk about and joke arround, generate social proof... that's all you need

I think the bracelets are given out at the entrance.

well in that case make you own twist, think outside of the box, but for the love of god do not wear the green one, being a girl with the green one is OK but a guy is really desperate

Hey man,

Alright, the difference between this green, blue, red single thing, and a club is that you have a "Green" light to talk to many single and hopefully gorgeous women.
That is the point of the event, single people wanting to be flirted with and talked to.

To make the most of this night is to be fearless. Talk to women in green, blue and red bands. You never know what could happen... If your game is tight, you could be taking some dudes girlfriend home tonight, and maybe even a potential girlfriend.

~Goodluck, hope i helped.

It will be pretty open who's there for what. Can you give me some opener ideas? Obviously it'll have to be something direct, but a simple hello may be too ordinary.

I think I could ask a green bracelet girl "Not much luck so far?"
Whatever she says, I can answer "No worries, it's just about to get better. Hi, I'm Beetle."
If you have any more ideas, please share.

Also, it makes some sense, but could I get a second opinion about the green bracelet?

Haha i like that, very good. You got this man. Don't worry!
I don't really use openers to be honest. I walk up and introduce and make sure they have a good time when i am around, But usually don't stay for to long. Just enough to leave them wanting more.

If anyone else has got tips, I'd love to hear them.

I'd also like a second opinion on the green bracelet thing.
