See this raises a good point. Some say you should be honest about your intentions, and be almost immediately up-front that you want her. But this might make her think you're 'just another creep'. Others say you should pretend you're not interested, as girls have the idiotic woman-logic of "The more unavailable a guy is, the more I want him". But then you run the risk of getting friend-zoned or the girl being annoyed that you weren't more up-front before!

What on Earth is a guy to do? :S

A hateful attitude towards women will not get you the results you want.
ultimately a woman is still a human being and still needs to be treated with kindness.
Don't go around and manipulating women just because you want to treat them like shit, but use the tactics because you really care, appreciate, and want to be with them. If it turns out that people's feelings are hurt, then it was done with the best intentions, and that's just how things are.
